Welcome!
I’m Timm Ormsby. I was born and raised in the heart of Spokane, and today it is my great privilege to represent my hometown in the Washington State House of Representatives. The hard-working people I grew up with are the folks I think about when deciding how best to do this important job you’ve entrusted me with.
The issues my Democratic colleagues and I are continuing to focus on are easy to sum up:
- Good jobs.
- Strong schools.
- Affordable, accessible, high-quality health care.
- The ability to feel secure in our homes.
These timeless values are at the core of the American Dream, and I believe that every step of progress we make in these areas makes Washington a better place to live, work and raise a family.
You can track that progress here at this website, if you like. We’ve included links to bills and bill reports, budget documents, legislative schedules, and many other sources of information that I hope you’ll find useful. Any questions, advice or other comments are always welcome — about the website, about my activities, or about the Legislature as a whole. Please stay in touch, to help me to do the best job possible as your voice in Olympia.
Sincerely,
Rep. Timm Ormsby
