I am
honored and proud to represent the 38th Legislative District,
serving the citizens of Everett, Marysville, and Tulalip.
You’ve sent me back to Olympia to address the issues that are important to
you. One of which is our system of postsecondary schools. As vice chair of
the House Higher Education Committee, one of my goals is to create greater
access to higher education opportunities. We need to build the kind of
quality training programs that ensure economic success. Our citizens
deserve a chance to gain the lasting, relevant skills they need to pursue
low-turnover, high-paying careers.
The
most important job I have is to listen to what the people of my district
