State Reps. Kessler and Van De Wege holding town hall meetings

OLYMPIA – Reps. Lynn Kessler (D-Hoquiam) and Kevin Van De Wege (D-Sequim) will hold town hall meetings this Saturday, March 17.

 

The 2007 Legislature is in session until April 22.  Both representatives look forward to talking with the community about laws being considered this year from state-wide issues such as education and health care to local impacts and funding.

 

The 9 a.m. meeting will be held at the Port Angeles Senior Center (328 East 7th Street) and a second town hall at 12:30 p.m. will be held at the Port Townsend Community Center (620 Tyler Street).

 

A third town hall with Van De Wege will be held Monday, March 19 at 8:00 p.m. at the Port of Grays Harbor, Commissioner’s Room (111 South Wooding Street).

 

Kessler and Van De Wege represent the 24th District, which includes Clallam, Jefferson and parts of Grays Harbor County.
