Biography

PERSONAL:
Troy Kelley lives in Tacoma with his wife Diane and their two young children.

ACADEMIC:
University of California, Berkeley - B.A. Political Science
State University of New York, Buffalo – M.B.A. School of Management
State University of New York, Buffalo – J.D. School of Law
The Judge Advocate General’s School, Charlottesville – Professor and Associate Editor of the Military Law Review

EMPLOYMENT:
Troy is a small business owner and also serves as an active Army reservist.  Previously he worked for the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and a large publicly traded company.

5. Protect our families, promote safe, strong communities and help our veterans.
