This web page is meant as a tool for citizens to get informed and involved. I hope you find it
useful.
I got started in politics as a citizen activist, working to make our local schools better.
The great thing about our democracy is that every citizen has the right to participate.
It's my belief that the way to restore trust and faith in government is to be much more
honest and straightforward about everything we do, including the budget. I'm working to make
the way we run Washington more rational and focused on our values.
Part of my job representing the citizens of the 48th District is keeping you informed
about key issues. These are the issues I'm focusing on:
Improving our local schools, and reforming the way our schools get funded
Passing a balanced and sustainable budget
Restoring faith in government through reforms to increase accountability and efficiency
