Bill, a Washington native, has two daughters, and lives in Vancouver with his wife Marcia.

B.A.& M.B.A. degrees from University of Puget Sound.
A.A. Olympic College

Veteran, 1st Lieutenant, US Army.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Seafirst Bank - Seattle, Washington - Vice President, Municipal Finance
President/CEO, Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce
Former Associate Superintendent, Business and Support Services, Evergreen School District
Former Superintendent, Educational Service District # 112
While ESD Superintendent, Bill built a successful child care program serving Clark County
